Unlimited 1:1 calls with Adrian. Six 45-60 minute check-ins built into the rhythm (every two weeks), plus more whenever you want one. Book at your convenience. Some clients live in chat and call once a month; others want a call every week. You set the pace.

Two sessions with our medical and naturopathic doctor team: a Week 1 planning session and a Week 6 review
