Meet Your Coach

Built by a coach who's been where you are.

Adrian's been coaching since 2006. Twenty years in, he's a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Athletic Therapist with a Kinesiology degree and a Psychology minor.

He spent 10 years as a consultant for Hockey Canada, including 3 World Championships with the Women's National Team, and interned with the Toronto Blue Jays. Before PriorityMe, he co-founded a multidisciplinary high-performance facility in Mississauga. He built this because he lived the same tradeoff his clients live, the pull between career and health, and wanted a system that refused to force you to pick.
