Step 1.


In order to help tailor our program to your lifestyle, we always start by understanding where you’re at. People from all walks of life have been able to utilize our program, from high-performance athletes, to people who are brand new to exercising and healthy living—so there is no pressure!

We work to understand your desired goals, whether it’s gaining muscle, burning fat, increasing energy or improving sleep. Then we identify your starting point. Our program is all about small steps to building powerful habits, rather than radically changing your lifestyle overnight.

Step 2.


Once we know where you’re at and where you’re trying to go in your fitness journey, it’s time to reverse engineer a roadmap, working backwards from where–and who–you want to be.

We tackle your fitness goals and challenges 12 weeks at a time, building Powerful Daily Practices that will get us there, one at a time.

Step 3.

Tracking & Support

At PriorityMe, we believe what gets measured gets managed. For each 12 weeks of the program, we help you set milestones and goals to ensure progress along the way.

You’ll have access to your coach through our PriorityMe app, which is where we track your progress, share health tips and resources, as well as chatting with your coaches and others in the PriorityMe community.
